12oz sanforized twill. Brass or recessed rivets. Dye lot locked for 24 months. 50-unit MOQ. Secondary Heading: The Mismatched Reorder and the Puckered Logo
We Solve the No.1 Problem of apron companies and restaurant owners
The most common failure in denim procurement happens six months after the first order. A taproom manager orders ten more uniforms for new seasonal hires. The new “indigo” arrives three shades lighter than the original batch. And the embroidered brand logo on the new personalized black bibs has puckered, the heavy fabric shifted in the wash while the embroidery thread stayed rigid. The logo is distorted. It’s going on a team that meets customers every shift.
We fix this at the machine level. 90/14 heavy-duty needles. Cut-away stabilizers calibrated for 12oz+ fabric. Every batch is cut from the same dye-locked master roll. Your baristas and taproom staff look like they wear the exact same uniform, because they do. 50-unit MOQ. Factory-direct. Free global shipping on all sample orders.
24-month digital colour-match lock. Guaranteed shade consistency across every reorder.
Sanforized + pre-washed. Max 1% residual shrink. No distorted bibs. No uniform that is 2" shorter than the approved sample.
Double-stitch cross-box stitch at every junction. Eliminates strap-line failure. The point that fails first on cheap promotional options is engineered out completely.
Recessed smooth-back or raised shank-back brass, buyer's choice. Recessed: safe for leather chairs and marble surfaces. Raised: heritage aesthetic.
90/14 needle + cut-away stabilizer + polyester thread. No puckering on 12oz+ fabric. Bleach-resistant thread. Logo holds after 50+ washes.
Washable chrome-tanned leather, debossed logo. Survives industrial heat drying. Doesn't crack, peel, or shrink.
Embroidery fails on heavy twill when the fabric moves and the thread doesn't. We offer debossed chrome-tanned leather patches, washable, heat-stable, and logo-perfect after commercial drying. For direct embroidery, we use 90/14 needles, cut-away stabilizer, and bleach-resistant polyester thread. The decision comes down to aesthetic, not durability. Both last. Both look right.
8oz chambray (or engineer stripe patterns) for florists and lifestyle retail offers a soft drape, lighter shades, and a full range of arm movement. 10–12oz standard twill for coffee roasters, craft breweries, and farm-to-table FOH uniforms. 13–14oz heavyweight for butchers, woodworkers, and pottery studios where the material is taking real daily abuse. You specify the weight. We build to it.
A standard raised brass rivet tears up a $2,000 leather barber chair and leaves scratches on a polished bar top. We offer custom hardware in two formats: raised shank-back (heritage look, rough environments) and recessed smooth-back (service environments with expensive customer-facing surfaces). Same brass quality. Different finish profile.
Pockets with reinforced stress points can be configured to your team's actual load, not a generic 2-pocket layout. Gusseted kangaroo pockets that expand outward instead of pulling forward. Tool loops for decorators and makerspaces. Double-layered pocket bottoms for heavy shears. Minimal 2-pocket clean-front for tattoo studios and boutique retail. Bar-tacked at every opening and corner. No exceptions.
Pre-shrunk before cutting. Max 1% residual shrink. The item that arrives is the item that stays.
Same dye lot reserved for your account. Reorder in 18 months, same shade as the first batch.
Polyester stitching, industrial-grade dyes. Built for high-alkaline commercial laundry at temperature.
From sample sign-off to finished goods: 21 days. Tracked.
The wrong uniform costs you in reorders, mismatched teams, and logos that look worse by month two than they did on arrival. One Golden Sample locks your spec, colour, weight, rivet finish, and pocket build. Everything that follows matches it exactly. 21-day production. DDP shipping. 50 units minimum.

I have build a hand full of entrepreneurial businesses, but recently made my first venture into the sportswear sector, and decided to work with Rijiz as my first clothing manufacturer. They did an incredible job bringing my flat sketches to life, and working with me throughout the iterative design process, making small tweaks and suggestions as we moved towards the final product. Their communication was good via email, and they were supportive throughout the process, even checking in with me periodically to ask how things were going. The only hiccups were a last minute increase in the cost per unit of the product, and a slightly longer than expected lead time, but my order quantity was very small, so these problems make sense. I'm sure larger order with them take priority. Overall, they are a great company that I will continue to work with as this business grows, and I would highly recommend them!Posted on Google Naleye AliTrustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. Sanforization is a mechanical pre-shrinking process applied before cutting. It guarantees maximum 1% residual shrink after commercial washing. "Pre-washed" means the finished garment was laundered once, less precise, and still capable of 3–5% shrinkage on subsequent washes. For B2B bulk orders, sanforized is non-negotiable.
This is called crocking, indigo dye transferring onto contact surfaces. We run a multi-stage wash process before delivery to stabilise the dye. The apparel will still develop a natural fade pattern over time, but controlled crocking means no indigo on your customers' white shirts or your upholstery.
On 12oz+ fabric, a debossed leather patch is more stable. It sits flat on the surface rather than being woven into a fabric that moves with wash cycles. For embroidery, we use a cut-away stabilizer and 90/14 needle to prevent puckering. Both options are durable, the choice is aesthetic.
We record the mill, dye lot, and fabric roll reference from your first order. That spec is locked to your account for 24 months. Reorders reference the same production line. 98% shade match, confirmed against your Golden Sample.
Recessed smooth-back rivets. The hardware sits flush with the fabric face, no protruding edge, no burr, no scratch risk. Available on every style at no additional charge. Specify at quote stage.
Exactly 50 units per style and colour. Same quality as a 500-unit production run, Golden Sample process, dye lot lock, and full embroidery spec included.
Built for it. We use polyester thread throughout, not cotton, because it doesn't degrade under high-alkaline industrial detergents or 60°C wash temperatures. Flat-fell seams on stress-point panels prevent unravelling under repeated mechanical drying.
Yes, as long as the fabric is from the same dye lot roll. You can split your MOQ across bib, waist, and cross-back styles for different roles in the same team. Specify at brief stage.
