True Cut-and-Sew Manufacturing
We don't force you into a pre-made box. If you need a bag that is exactly 17 inches wide with a 4-inch blue gusset and 22-inch handles, our sewing operators will cut the fabric and build it exactly to that spec.
The Contractual Golden Sample
We don't guess on bulk runs. Before we mass-produce your bags, we make a single, physical Pre-Production (PP) sample. You check the fabric weight, test the straps, and approve the ink colors. That bag becomes the binding standard for the rest of the order.
Nobody wants to open a box of defective bags. We follow AQL inspection standards on the factory floor. Our inspectors actively pull-test the handles and check the seams before we load anything onto a shipping truck.
If your brand has a very specific color, you shouldn't have to settle for a generic "navy blue" canvas. We offer Dye-to-Match (DTM) services. Give us the Pantone code, and we will dye the raw fabric to match it exactly.
Customizing Your Bags
A blank bag is just a way to carry things. The printing and hardware are what make it yours. Because we make the bags from scratch, you aren’t forced to just slap a logo in the dead center of a pre-made bag.
Printing and Embroidery
Screen Printing: The best option for solid, bright colors on canvas or cotton. We cure the inks at 320°F so they don’t crack when the bag gets washed.
Direct-to-Garment (DTG): Best for watercolor designs or artwork with complex gradients on 100% cotton bags.
Embroidery: We use heavy-duty multi-head machines to stitch your logo directly into thick canvas. It gives the logo a premium, raised 3D texture.
Dye Sublimation: If you want a pattern printed across the entire bag (seam to seam), we use sublimation on polyester fabrics. The heat turns the ink into a gas, permanently dyeing the fabric fibers.
Labels and Hardware
Woven Tags: We can ditch the scratchy factory tags and sew your custom woven label right into the hem or the top rim of the bag.
Zippers and Snaps: Want to keep things secure? We can add heavy-duty metal zippers, hidden magnetic snaps, or brass rivets to the strap joints.
Pockets and Linings: We can easily sew drop-pockets into the inside for keys and phones, or add external sleeves for water bottles.

The Technical Buying Guide for Tote Bags
If you understand how a bag is actually built, you won’t get tricked into buying cheap promo junk. Here are the three main things you need to look at when placing an order.
How We Stop Handles from Ripping
The handle junction is the weakest point on any bag. If a factory just sews the strap straight to the top rim with a single stitch, it will rip out the minute you load it with groceries.
To fix this, we run the strap webbing further down the face of the bag to spread the weight out. Where the handle meets the top rim, we use an “X-Box” stitch—a sewn square with an X crossing through the middle. This mechanically locks the strap to the canvas, allowing the bag to easily carry 30+ pounds.
Understanding Fabric Weight (GSM and Ounces)
In the textile industry, fabric thickness is measured in GSM (Grams per Square Meter) or ounces. If you don’t check this number, you might end up with a bag that is practically see-through.
4oz to 6oz (135 - 200 GSM)
Very thin cotton. You can usually see light through it. It's perfectly fine for budget-friendly event giveaways, but it won't hold heavy items well.
8oz to 10oz (270 - 340 GSM)
A solid mid-weight fabric. It holds its shape reasonably well and works great for standard retail shopping bags.
12oz to 16oz (400 - 540 GSM)
Heavyweight canvas. It is entirely opaque, stands up on its own, and feels expensive. This is what you need for premium boutique merch or heavy grocery totes.
Why You Might Need a Gusset
If you sew two flat pieces of fabric together, the bag looks fine when it’s empty. But the second you put a thick book inside, the fabric bulges out awkwardly and distorts your printed logo. A gusset fixes this by adding depth.
T-Gusset (Bottom Only)
A piece of fabric sewn into the bottom floor of the bag. It lets the bag stand upright and hold wider items easily.
Full Side & Bottom Gusset
A separate panel of fabric that runs down both sides and across the bottom. This turns the bag into a true 3D box, giving you maximum space and allowing us to print on the side panels.

Yes. We offer Dye-to-Match (DTM) services. You give us the exact Pantone TCX code, we mix a lab dip for your approval, and then we dye the bulk rolls of canvas to match it.
Yes. We use water-based inks and OEKO-TEX certified plastisol inks. They are completely free of heavy metals and harsh phthalates, which pairs perfectly with our GOTS-certified organic cotton bags.
No, we are a bulk manufacturing facility. We produce and ship large freight orders directly to your retail warehouse, your corporate office, or your 3PL / Amazon FBA center. We do not mail single bags to end consumers.
