The global apparel industry is plagued by a Black Box supply chain. Brand founders and procurement managers send their tech packs into the void, hoping the factory on the other side understands their vision. Months later, they receive inconsistent grading, incorrect fabric weights, and missed delivery windows. The supplier points fingers at the logistics company, the fabric mill blames the dye house, and the brand is left absorbing the financial loss.
We founded Rijiz in 2017 to completely dismantle that model.
We recognized that emerging brands and established enterprise clients needed the same thing: radical transparency, predictable AQL 2.5 quality control, and a supply chain partner who actually takes ownership of the final product. We built a vertically integrated facility that brings pattern drafting, fabric sourcing, cutting, sewing, and DDP global logistics entirely under one roof. Our heritage is rooted in performance. Manufacturing BJJ Kimonos, sublimated rashguards, and fight shorts requires understanding extreme fabric tension. We master flatlock stitching, EVA foam lapel cores, and diamond crotch gussets that withstand 1,000 plus kick cycles on the mat.
We take the heavy-duty construction principles learned from combat sports and apply them to luxury streetwear. From 600 GSM drop-shoulder hoodies and 24oz Melton Wool varsity jackets, to seam-sealed waterproof puffers. We understand architectural draping, 1x1 spandex rib-knit memory, and strict dye-lot synchronization.
We deliver retail-ready consistency for high-volume corporate clients. Whether engineering abrasion-resistant softshell jackets for site workers, or heavy-duty waxed canvas aprons for the hospitality industry, we prioritize brand visibility, logo embroidery integrity, and industrial-wash durability.
