The Strap Width That Changed a 10-Hour Shift
The Strap Width That Changed a 10-Hour Shift
We build every X-strap design to a minimum 1.50″ width using high-density cotton webbing or reinforced self-fabric. That one specification changes everything about how the uniform performs across a full double shift. A 0.75″ strap concentrates the entire weight of the garment on a single pressure point across the trapezius. A 1.50″ strap spreads that same load across the muscle group properly.
By ordering directly from the factory with reinforced grommets and solid brass D-rings, you’re reducing uniform replacement costs and physical discomfort simultaneously. The cost-per-uniform over 18 months drops, not because the garment is cheaper, but because it doesn’t need replacing every quarter. 50-unit MOQ. Factory-direct. Free global shipping on sample orders.
No "close enough" on delivery day. You approve a physical piece before bulk production. If the batch deviates from the sample, we remake it.
Load distributes across the trapezius. No pressure point. No rolling strap in commercial laundry.
The joint that fails first on cheap promotional items is the one we over-engineer with heavy-duty box stitching.
Brass survives commercial dryer heat. Zinc and potted metals bend and snap, usually mid-service.
Prevents fabric tearing under the horizontal and vertical strap tension unique to X-strap designs.
Straps stay anchored. The bib top doesn't roll or curl on the 8th hour of a service shift.
No two operations run the same floor. We manufacture six strap configurations: Fixed-X, Adjustable-X, H-Back, V-Back, Convertible, and Magnetic Quick-Release. The Adjustable-X sliding grommet system fits staff from XS to 2XL on a single SKU. For operations with fixed uniform sizes, the Fixed-X is faster to put on and easier for laundry teams to fold and sort.
The "X-Tension Zone" is the area where straps pull the bib both horizontally and vertically. Standard screen prints crack along these tension vectors. We match the branding method to the fabric's mechanical stress. Embroidery is centred perfectly between strap origins. For premium identities, we recommend laser-etched chrome-tanned leather patches—heat-stable, wash-safe, and structurally supported by the bib itself.
Our standard build uses 10oz cotton canvas, structured enough to hold the X-strap shape without collapsing, yet breathable for 10-hour service. For craft breweries and high-end barbers, 12oz denim provides an industrial aesthetic and rigid drape. Linen blends are available for fine-dining bistro environments where lightweight movement is a priority.
The X-strap changes how pocket load distributes across the body, meaning pocket placement matters more than on a standard bib. We configure to your workflow: single deep kangaroo pocket for baristas, twin hip pockets for service staff, or a full utility layout with tool slots and reinforced tablet compartments for hospitality managers. Every pocket is bar-tacked at all four corners. No exceptions.
You approve a physical piece before production begins. That sample is the legal production standard. If the batch deviates, we remake it. No debate.
Send any file format. We convert to embroidery-ready paths at no charge, then proof the placement against your Golden Sample.
Every strap is built to 1.50"–1.5" width to distribute load across the trapezius and prevent pressure-point fatigue.
Same fabric grade and quality control as a 50-unit run, starting at50garments. No "entry-level quality" tier for small orders.

I have build a hand full of entrepreneurial businesses, but recently made my first venture into the sportswear sector, and decided to work with Rijiz as my first clothing manufacturer. They did an incredible job bringing my flat sketches to life, and working with me throughout the iterative design process, making small tweaks and suggestions as we moved towards the final product. Their communication was good via email, and they were supportive throughout the process, even checking in with me periodically to ask how things were going. The only hiccups were a last minute increase in the cost per unit of the product, and a slightly longer than expected lead time, but my order quantity was very small, so these problems make sense. I'm sure larger order with them take priority. Overall, they are a great company that I will continue to work with as this business grows, and I would highly recommend them!Posted on Google Naleye AliTrustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. Exactly50units per style and colour. Whether you're outfitting a single café or a multi-site restaurant group, the fabric grade, strap spec, and quality control are identical at50units as at 500. Same Golden Sample process. Same brass hardware standard.
The Adjustable-X sliding grommet system. A single SKU fits XS through 2XL by adjusting the strap at the side grommets. No separate size runs, no bespoke SKUs per staff member. For teams where speed of dress matters more than fit adjustment (large banquet operations, for example), Fixed-X is faster and easier for laundry teams to sort.
The X-strap creates horizontal and vertical tension on the bib simultaneously, a "tension zone" that standard neck-loop items don't have. We place all embroidery centred between the strap origin points, calibrated to the "resting tension" position of the bib while worn. The result is a logo that faces forward at hour one and hour ten.
Yes, but it requires mandatory bar-tacking at every strap junction. At 12oz+, the fabric weight generates enough pull at the attachment point to blow out an under-reinforced seam. Every heavy-duty order includes a 0.5" industrial bar-tack at every stress point as a non-negotiable build standard.
7–10 business days from design approval. You receive a fully manufactured piece built to your spec, strap configuration, fabric, hardware finish, logo placement, and approve it physically before production begins. That sample becomes the legal benchmark for every unit in the run.
Yes. You can order Fixed-X and Adjustable-X in the same production run, provided each configuration meets its own sub-MOQ of50units. Specify per SKU at the brief stage.
Built for it. We use polyester thread throughout, not cotton, because it doesn't degrade under high-alkaline industrial detergents or 60°C wash cycles. Solid brass hardware doesn't corrode or warp under commercial dryer heat.
Yes, as long as the fabric is from the same dye lot roll. You can split your MOQ across bib, waist, and cross-back styles for different roles in the same team. Specify at brief stage.
