For operations with fixed uniform sizes, the Fixed-X is faster to put on and easier for laundry teams to fold and sort.
The "X-Tension Zone" is the area where straps pull the bib both horizontally and vertically. Standard screen prints crack along these tension vectors. We match the branding method to the fabric's mechanical stress. Embroidery is centred perfectly between strap origins. For premium identities, we recommend laser-etched chrome-tanned leather patches—heat-stable, wash-safe, and structurally supported by the bib itself.
