Screen prints crack. High-density embroidery does not. We use bleach-resistant, commercial-grade threads and include free logo digitising on every order. Placement options: centre pocket (maximum visibility at service distance), waistband, or hem for a cleaner look.
Our standard is 7.5oz poly-cotton twill, structured, breathable, and built for colour retention through repeated commercial washing. For craft breweries, workshop environments, or artisan aesthetics, we offer 10oz cotton canvas and 12–14oz denim. You spec the weight; we source and build to it.
Every order ships with 40" extended ties as standard, long enough to wrap front and tie with room to spare across all staff sizes. For event catering teams changing rapidly between courses, we offer D-ring adjustable sliders. Velcro tab closures are also available for maximum speed.

Exactly 50 units per style and colour. Whether you're running a single café or a multi-site catering operation, the fabric grade and quality control are the same at 50 as at 500.
21 days from Golden Sample sign-off to finished goods. DDP shipping means duties and last-mile delivery are already in your quoted price, no customs bill at the border.
Embroidery. Screen print sits on top of the fabric and begins cracking after 15–20 commercial wash cycles. Embroidery thread is woven directly in, so it won't lift or peel. Free digitising included on all embroidery orders.
Standard is 65/35 poly-cotton 7.5oz twill, structured, breathable, and built to hold colour through repeated high-heat washing. We also offer 10oz cotton canvas for craft/brewery aesthetics and 12–14oz denim for artisan environments.
Every unit ships with 40" extended ties per side (80" total). That's enough for any staff member to tie comfortably at the front. D-ring adjustable closures are available if you prefer a buckle system.
Your Golden Sample and production spec stay on file. Re-orders reference the original directly, no re-approval needed unless you're changing something. Typical re-order lead time: 14 days for existing specs.

We produce one fully customised prototype to your spec before production starts. You receive it, check the fit, fabric, embroidery placement, and color. Once you sign off, it becomes the legal production benchmark. If the bulk run deviates from it, we remake the order.
